+ Act as System Administrator
+ Network monitoring
+ Servers data backup/restore
+ System setup/upgrade/administration including.
+ Antivirus definitions’ update and scanning
+ OS/Network patches update
+ Control of media information
+ Control/Monitoring/Reporting of IT asset: HW (servers, NW devices, PCs, printers…) , SW and information asset.
+ Support user in local company including initial new PC & troubleshooting.
+ Receive call or email from company’s customer & support customer at level 1.
+ Escalate to other engineer in case cannot support at level 1.
+ Server, PC Basic installation for company’s customer at local office.

YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC
<Experience> & <Knowledge and Skills>
+ Bachelor in IT area
+ Preferable: Major in network, server administration.
+ Requires proficiency in English communication.
+ At least 1 years working experienced as IT administrator both network and server functions.
+ Have experience in Manage the Infrastructure system including DC, DNS, DHCP, WSUS, Virtualization by Hyper-V or VMware, Firewall, Proxy, Layer 2 & Layer 3 switch & User support.
